Remove plastic wrap and foam tray. Using a fork or end of a steak knife, pierce the meat. Add the meat to a sealable bag with 1 cup of desired marinade. For best results marinate for approx 10 hours in your fridge. Once marinated, remove meat from the sealable bag and place on your grill or in a stove top pan or skillet. Cook using medium heat and turn the steak at least twice. Cook to at least medium rare 145°f/63°c.
