*The Metro.ca Delivery Pass must be purchased with other grocery items. A minimum purchase of $50 is required. Applicable taxes will be charged at the time of purchase. The Delivery Pass is applicable to delivery service only, and not for in-store pickup. Deliveries made through the MPriority service and by our external partners are not eligible for the Delivery Pass. At this time, customers cannot modify their Delivery pass option (1‑month, 3‑month, 6‑month, or 12‑month) after the initial purchase. The Delivery Pass can only be issued for and used by one account. Some products are not available online (see details at metro.ca). The Metro.ca Delivery Pass is subject to metro.ca eCommerce Terms and Conditions.
You can cancel your Metro.ca Delivery Pass at any time by calling Customer Care at 1 844 777-7611 (open Sunday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.). Metro reserve the right, at its discretion, to suspend, cancel or amend this program without prior notice, including the right to withdraw this program from any customer deemed to be misusing the program.
