In a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat, then once the pan is oiled, turn the heat down to medium and add your chicken breasts. Cook for about a minute on each side. Turn down the heat and cover the pan with a fitting lid. Let your chicken cook for about 11 to 15 minutes without removing the lid. Then remove the pan from the heat and let your chicken rest for another 10 minutes with the lid on. The skin and bones will also add flavour to your chicken.
