Remove plastic wrap and foam tray. Season meat if desired. Grill: Pre heat bbq for about 5 mins on high heat, leaving one burner on high. Turn down all other burners to medium heat, place the chops on the grill over high heat and cook for 4 mins per side. Move the chops to the medium burners and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes per side. Cook to 120°f/49°c for rare, 130°f/54°c for med, 150° f/71°c for well done
