In a glass bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.Add the brochettes, cover and marinate in the refrigerator about 15 minutes.Preheat barbecue at medium high.Drain brochettes and cook all 4 sides, each for 3 to 4 minutes, on an oiled barbecue grill, brushing only with marinade while cooking.

Preparation

Thread cubes of ham, apple and pineapple onto brochettes. Set aside. In a glass bowl, mix all marinade ingredients.

Add the brochettes, cover and marinate in the refrigerator about 15 minutes.
