Preheat oven to 375F.
Break chocolate peanut butter bars into chunks and place into the bowl of a food processor. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Pulse mixture until bars have broken into pea-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, maple syrup and oil. Add dry mix, diced apple, chopped walnuts and sliced almonds; stir until just combined
Spread batter into a parchment-lined 5”X 8” inch loaf pan. Sprinkle top with diced red apple, crumbled chocolate peanut butter bar, chopped walnuts, sliced almonds, and mixed berries.
Bake loaf for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Cover loaf top loosely with foil at around 40 minutes if toppings are golden brown before fully cooked.
