  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • sauce :

  • 2/3 cup
    (190 mL)
    canned stewed tomatoes
  • 1
    dried green shallot, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)
    granulated white sugar
  • 1 tsp.
    (5 mL)
    fresh chopped thyme

  • ground black pepper to taste

Preparation
