Preparation
The pizza bar where ingredients are set out in individual bowls allows diners to customize their pizzas.
Dice bacon and cook over medium-high heat.
Dice ham.
Cook sausages in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove, cool and cut into small pieces.
Put each ingredient in a separate bowl: tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, pepper strips, mozzarella, chèvre, cheddar, olives, hot pepper, arugula or baby spinach, basil.
Preheat barbecue to high or oven to 425°F (210°C).
Place crusts on oiled grill and cook over indirect heat (charcoal grill: a few glowing coals on one side; gas barbecue: open burner one side only) and dress with selected ingredients.
Cook approximately 6 minutes.
