Preheat oven to 325°F/160°C.In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned.Brush each tortilla with hot sauce and spread with cooked ground beef. Top with cheese and onion. Roll up and place in buttered baking pan (edges downward).Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and refried beans.

Preparation

In a frying pan over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned.

Brush each tortilla with hot sauce and spread with cooked ground beef. Top with cheese and onion. Roll up and place in buttered baking pan (edges downward).

Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with sour cream, guacamole and refried beans.
