Barbecuing:Preheat the barbecue to medium.In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients.Oil the rib eye steaks; sear on each side.Brush with sauce and continue cooking 3 minutes per side.To pan-fry:Heat stove burner red hot.Brush rib eye steaks with tarragon sauce.Put in a cold frying pan; cook 2 steaks at a time to sear well without boiling.Cook about 3 minutes per side. Turn only once.

Preparation

Barbecuing:
