Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and beat for 2 minutes (or mix by hand with a rubber spatula in a medium sized bowl).Divide the butter between a number of small mason jars if you want to offer as a hostess gift or into any other pretty jar you wish for placing on the table.You can also form the butter into a log using saran wrap : place the butter in the middle of a sheet of saran wrap, roll it up like a bonbon, refrigerate until set and then cut into discs and display prettily on a plate for the table.Source: Blake Mackay
