Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.In a large frying pan, combine all ingredients except honey, oil and vanilla.In a pan, heat honey, oil and vanilla and pour over dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.Bake 350°F / 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often.Remove from oven and pour into a glass dish lined with waxed paper.Press mix firmly, using wax paper.Cool and cut into bars.

Preparation
