Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, stir in expertly blended seasoning packet from Cracker Barrel creamy Alfredo cheese sauce kit and milk.Wait for it to bubble and then add the delicious Cracker Barrel cheese and stir. Cook until cheese sauce bubbles appear and then remove from the stovetop. Let stand 1-2 minutes to thicken the sauce. Let cool 5 minutes.Meanwhile, to make the bruschetta, mix tomatoes, red onion, basil, parmesan, garlic, oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper in a medium bowl.Arrange the naan on a large parchment lined baking sheet. Divide sauce evenly among breads and spread into an even layer. Top with chicken and bruschetta.Bake in preheated oven at 425F on convection for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Garnish with fresh basil just before serving.
