Beat together eggs, cream, milk, sugar, and cinnamon.Put bread cubes in the mixture, letting them soak well.In a non-stick skillet, sauté bread cubes in butter.Turn bread cubes, making sure that each side is sautéed.Sprinkle the pieces of fruit with lemon juice to prevent oxidation.Put all bread and fruit on the skewers, alternating.Serve with maple syrup, old-fashioned caramel or a chocolate sauce.Note:Reheat the French Toast Kebabs on the barbeque, in the oven or under the grill before serving.
