In a large bowl, combine yogurt, whipped topping, honey, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon, stirring until well mixed.
In a glass or shallow bowl, add 2 tbsp yogurt mix. Break one ladyfinger into thirds and arrange on top. Repeat with another layer of yogurt and ladyfinger. Top with a final dollop of yogurt. Repeat steps to make 6 trifle cups.
Cover and chill trifle cups for 2 hrs or up to overnight to soften ladyfingers. Garnish with grated white chocolate, raspberries and mint to serve.
