Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut slices of bread into cubes. Drizzle half the olive oil (1.5 Tbsp) over bread with seasoning. Mix well and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Let cook for 15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and set aside.Clean and trim Asparagus Spears. Drizzle with remainder of olive oil and season with salt and pepper on a shallow dish. Heat grill to medium heat (depending on your grill you may want to oil your grates). Once hot, add spears and let cook about 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and add to your serving plate.Top with Julie Snyder Lemon Caesar Dressing. Add croutons and lots of fresh Parmesan.Serve immediately!Source : Gigi Madanipour
