Prepare the Le Connaisseur poutine sauce by following the instructions on the package.
Boil the water and cook your lasagna noodles until al dente.
Drain, add a bit of oil, and spread out on a baking sheet so they don’t stick together.
Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper.
Cook the ground beef, bacon, and onion on medium high. Season with salt and pepper.
When the meat mixture is cooked, add the diced tomatoes, tomato coulis, garlic, sugar, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
In a 9 x 13-inch (23 x 33 cm) baking sheet, spread 100 mL of sauce. Add 3 lasagna noodles, cheese curds, pepperoni, bell pepper, and poutine sauce. Add another 3 lasagna noodles, the ground beef mixture, and tomatoes. Top with the remaining lasagna noodles.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 35 minutes at 375°F (190°C).
Remove from the oven once the top is golden brown.
Enjoy!
