Melt butter and marshmallows in a double boiler, stirring constantly.Remove from heat and stir in chocolate wafer crumbs.Line bottom and sides of a 9" (22 cm) pie plate with crumb mixture, pressing it into place.Refrigerate 10 minutes.Fill shell with softened ice cream, pressing ice cream to spread it evenly. Drizzle with mandarin cream or limoncello.Freeze for 2 hours.Just before serving, sift cocoa over the whole pie.Cut into pieces and serve.

Preparation
