In a glass bowl, marinate turkey breast steaks in lemon juice and maple syrup for about 1 hour.Preheat the barbecue to medium heat.Remove steaks from marinade and drain well.Place the steaks on the oiled grill and barbecue 3 to 5 minutes per side.Pour sauce ingredients into a pan, bring to a boil and simmer on low heat until desired consistency is reached.Top steaks with sauce.

  • 1/4 cup

    whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp.
    (3 mL)
    nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    Skinned toasted filberts

  • Salt and pepper to taste
