Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Put the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs into three separate containers.

Slice the chicken breast in half horizontally so it’s thinner. Dip the chicken in the flour, then the eggs, and then the breadcrumbs.

Pour some oil in a pan.

Fry the chicken breasts on medium for about 2 minutes each side. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.

Assemble your sandwich with the mayonnaise, cheese, bacon, and vegetables.
