Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Blend ingredients for filling together. Line pie tin with pastry and pour in filling.Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (180°C) and bake 50 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
