In a small bowl, combine oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.Place the cubes of tofu and marinate for 20 minutes.In a bowl, place lettuce leaves. Place pear slices on beds of lettuce. Top with shallot and tomato.Drizzle dressing over salad. Sprinkle sesame seeds over top.
