    coffee, medium grind
  • 4 cups
    (1 L)
    water

  • granulated sugar, for serving

  • whipping cream or condensed milk for serving

Preparation

Make a fire out of wood and let it burn to ashes.

Reserve a few large logs on the fire.

Combine the coffee and water in the pot.

Place the pot on the hot ashes and let the coffee boil for 10 minutes.
