Place butterflied chicken in dish.Pour dressing over chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Preheat the barbecue to medium heat or the oven to 350°F (180°C).Remove chicken from dressing and drain well.Place chicken on a sheet of oiled aluminium foil or in in pan.Mix orange glaze ingredients in a bowl. Set some aside.Baste chicken with orange glaze, cover and cook on barbecue or cook in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until the temperature reads 185°F (85°C) or the legs come apart.Baste frequently with reserved marinade during cooking.

Preparation
