For the lemon, garlic, thyme, and tarragon butter:Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.For the chicken:Preheat the oven to 350°F.Insert the herb and garlic butter underneath the chicken skin around the breasts and thighs.Place the chicken in a baking dish. Sprinkle lemon juice over and inside the chicken.Place half a lemon inside the chicken.Pour the chicken broth in the dish. Spread the garlic, tarragon, thyme, and other half of the lemon all around the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.Increase the temperature to 400 °F and bake for another 15 minutes.Side dish suggestion:Serve with green beans, almonds, garlic butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, and piri piri chili peppers.Source: Max L'Affamé
