To make BBQ peanut dressing; whisk bbq sauce, peanut butter, vinegar and garlic in a small bowl until emulsified.Thread shrimps onto skewers and season with oil, salt and pepper.Grill on high heat in a preheated barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side until firm and opaque.In a large bowl, combine swiss chard, carrot, zucchini, mango, and radish. Preparation

Thread shrimps onto skewers and season with oil, salt and pepper.

Grill on high heat in a preheated barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side until firm and opaque.

In a large bowl, combine swiss chard, carrot, zucchini, mango, and radish. Transfer to a platter.

Top with shrimp; drizzle with dressing and garnish with basil and green onion.
