    small red onion, thinly sliced

  • Handful of fresh herbs of your choice, chopped (basil, cilantro, parsley, chives, etc.)
  • 3 tablespoons
    (45 mL)
    olive oil
  • 1,5 tablespoon
    (7,5 mL)
    lemon juice
