In pitcher or punch bowl, lightly bruise mint leaves with a wooden spoon or muddler. Add fruit.Pour in wine and juice. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours. Top with ice and sparkling water and stir before pouring or ladling into glasses. Garnish glasses with pineapple wedges.
