Preparation

Lightly flour chops.

In a bowl, mix egg, lemon juice and melted butter.

In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, pepper and oregano.

Dip each chop in egg mixture, then in sesame mixture. Refrigerate a few minutes.

Preheat the barbecue to medium.

Grill chops about 8 minutes or to taste.
