Remove from packaging. In a large freezer bag or glass dish, Mix together salt, Pepper, Olive oil, Lemon slices, Garilc and oregano. Add lamb chops and marinate for a minimum 20 min. Preheat oven to 400°f/205°c. Heat a large oven-proof skillet to medium-high heat. Remove lamb chops from marinade and place in skillet. Cook each side for 3 min to brown. Place skillet in oven for 10-12min, until internal temp reaches 160­°f/71°c. Use a meat thermometer as oven times may vary. Let stand for 2 min before serving 224720
