GOLDEN ACRES PEACHES
Situated in Blenheim, Ontario, 'Heart of the Golden Acres' is a family-owned and operated business spanning three generations. In the past, their peach orchards spanned 53 acres and consisted of four different peach varieties, making them one of the largest peach orchards in Ontario. Today, their offerings include Ontario-grown peaches, preserved in extra-light syrup.

LAKESIDE PACKING
Alan's family established Lakeside Packing in Harrow, Ontario, 72 years ago, to provide newly immigrated Europeans with quality foods, similar to what they had “in the old country”. With a focus on pickles and relishes, it was Alan's grandpa's goal “to provide pickle lovers with the best darn pickles available anywhere!”
LAS CHICAS DEL CAFÉ
In St. Thomas, Maria and Valeria Fiallos-Soliman started Las Chicas del Café by tapping into three generations of coffee growers and importers. They bring a women-led approach to coffee roasting that’s informed by their lessons from women roasting coffee at their grandfather’s farm. Brule Creek Farms
Jeff Burke grew up on a third-generation dairy farm in Ontario. Now, his family runs Brule Creek Farms based out of Kakabeka Falls, growing wheat, rye, canola and cover crops on over 310 acres. They also process their grains on-site and sell stone-milled flour, baking mixes and cold-pressed canola oil – all of which are free of GMOs.

Al Bourbouhakis and Nancy Shaw started Heartbeat Hot Sauce as a hobby. But when word got out in their Thunder Bay hometown about their small-batch sauce that uses vegetables and high-quality ingredients, the hobby quickly became a business. Sourcing and fermenting Ontario-grown peppers, the duo delivers elevated flavour that’s packed with nutritious ingredients.

After 30 years in the business, North Country Premium Sausage continues to provide Northwestern Ontarians with lean, high quality smoked meats, with a local flavour. Scott, Kate and their daughter Jordin of Thunder Bay have a spicy story to tell. They started their Spice Seasonings company after seeing how much their friends loved the Spice Rubs they were creating for their own BBQ's.

Taking their name from the shape of Lake Superior, Wolfhead Coffee is a Northwestern Ontario gem. Tucked away in one of Thunder Bay's oldest suburbs, Dan and his team do small-batch coffee roasting and smoking in their custom-designed and built roastery. They create quality, flavourful and unique coffees that match the power and beauty of the lake that inspires them.
Canadian Vinegar Cellar
Take the best Prince Edward County grapes and fruits, age them in handmade oak barrels and the result is award-winning vinegars loaded with health benefits and delicious flavour.
Oliver is continuing the artisan traditions begun 20 years ago when Canadian Vinegar Cellars was born at Black Prince Winery in PEC. Raw and unpasteurized, these unique vinegars are enjoyed across Europe and Asia and sustainably produced right here in our own Ontario backyard.

Stephen Needham and his father chose to name their new business after the community where you'd find their 94-acre maple farm. Three generations later, O'Hara's Sugar Maples has grown into one of Ontario's finest sources of pure maple syrup, maple butter and maple candy. O'Hara's single source products means that only the richest syrup is tapped from trees right to your table.

Jamie Draves’ pursuit of quinoa began during his personal health struggle. Green Tables foods is a family-run business located in Guelph, Ontario. Nanny Hudson's Homestyle Ketchup and Relish have been treasured condiments gracing the tables of generations of Hudson's. In Sault Ste. Marie, Brad Morley’s family runs Thomson Farms, a third-generation strawberry farm, cidery and winery that’s also added sweet corn, pumpkins and fruit spread to the mix. Building on their love for having families stop by the farm, the Morleys converted their 100 year old barn into a wine barn, serving up cider and wine to visiting locals.

Pam is dedicated to making artisan cheese, using fresh, wholesome milk, all from farms within a 20km radius. Thornloe Cheese makes their grass-fed cheeses the traditional way, just like their family did, 80 years ago, when they started the business. Bobby Khorasani, Fumi Tsukamoto, and Jess Mantell are on a mission to upcycle food waste.
Their award-winning brand Abokichi is a first-generation operation based out of Toronto, with no physical footprint. Originating in Trinidad and Tobago in the 1940's and restarted in Canada in 2013, Neale's Sweet N' Nice brings a family legacy and refreshing Caribean flavours back to life. Many people today still recall with nostalgia, the sounds of grandad Charles A. Neale cycling through the streets of Trinidad calling out “Sweet N' Nice! Sweet N' Nice”.

Michael's love of spicy food and the unique flavour of the Scotch Bonnet Pepper is what inspired him to begin making hot sauces and marinades, which ultimately led to the start of his business, Nerpy's, over a decade ago. Located in Richmond Hill, all of their products are locally produced, right here in Ontario. And during the harvest months, Nerpy's even purchases locally produced items to incorporate into their own products, because local supports local.

At the age of 18, Brittany developed a serious peanut and tree nut allergy. Noticing that there was a lack of allergy-friendly snacks on the market she began creating recipes in her kitchen for snacks that everyone could enjoy. Chary Produce
Miriam Chary Worley, John Chary and Steve Chary are the faces behind Chary Produce in Brant County. Their family’s farming tradition dates back to the 1930s. Today, their farm grows over 600 acres of vegetables like cabbage, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and sweet corn, and has become known especially well for its dill cucumbers.

Dan DeBackere runs DeBackere Farms, a second-generation farm in Union that grows beans, cantaloupe, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, sweet corn and zucchini. Over the years, DeBackere Farms has become an integral part of Central Elgin, picking up a Farm Excellence Award along the way.
Exeter Produce
Four generations of the Veri family run Exeter’s namesake, Exeter Produce. What started out as a local operation growing rutabagas has grown into 2,800 acres of farmland in Huron County. Today, Jim, Mike, Joel, Myron and Ashley keep the market stocked with not only rutabagas, but carrots, beans, peppers and four varieties of cabbage too.
