In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the coconut oil. Add the apple, coconut sugar, cinnamon, sea salt and water and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until the apples are soft.
Lightly grease two small ramekins with coconut oil. Open one bag of the Apple Pie Bites dividing it between containers and press the dough flat on the bottom of the container.
Layer the apples on top of the dough.
Open the second package of OhhFoods Apple Pie Bites and break into small pieces. Layer the bites on top of the apples and sprinkle them with coconut sugar.
Top with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of dark chocolate before serving!
