Preheat the oven at 375 °F. In an ovenproof dish, mix apple dices, onion and garlic. Add the pork tenderloins over the vegetables.
Baste all with maple syrup, then season with celery salt, black pepper, turmeric and chinese 5 spices.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the meat is done but still pinkish inside.
Remove pork tenderloins form the pan and let sit for five minutes loosely covered with a sheet of foil.
Scrape the dish to remove any cooking juices, then transfer the content on a serving plate. Add on the slices of pork tenderloins.
Serve with green salad and mashed potatoes.
