Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).In a food processor, mix flour, salt, caraway and baking powder together.Mix in butter to uniform consistency.Add blue cheese and mix.Add milk in a thin stream.Mix 2 minutes on low.Make a ball of the dough and roll it out 1/2in. (1.25 cm) thick.Cut dough into circles with a cookie cutter.Put scones on an oiled cookie sheet.Bake 15 minutes.Serve hot.
