In a pot on medium, heat the oil and cook the onion with the ground beef for about 5 minutes. Break up the meat into small pieces.
Add the garlic, tomato paste, steak seasoning, paprika, chili powder, and dry mustard. Stir and cook for another minute.
Add the flour and stir for another minute.
Pour the milk and beef broth into the mixture.
Bring to a boil and add the egg noodles.
Cover and cook for about 6 minutes on low. The pasta should be very al dente.
Turn the heat off.
Add the cheese and stir. Let rest for a minute with the cover on.
When serving, add the pickle slices, piri piri chili peppers, and chopped parsley.
