Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.Mince the shallot and chop the mushrooms.Heat in a pan on medium with a drizzle of olive oil. Add a pinch of salt.     shallot

    portobello mushroom
  • 1 teaspoon
    (5 ml)
    garlic scapes
  • 1 1/4 cups
    (300 ml)
    soy cream
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 ml)
    white wine
  • To taste
    parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
