In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together. Set aside.Wash and trim watercress.Peel zest from oranges. Separate into segments, removing pith and membranes.In a salad bowl, toss watercress, endive leaves, mixed greens, onion, pine nuts, orange zest and segments together.Serve with dressing.

  • pine nuts to taste
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    firm plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    15 % cream
  • 1 Tbsp.
    (15 mL)
    orange juice

  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix dressing ingredients together. Set aside.

Wash and trim watercress.
