Prepare the crêpe batter by mixing together all the ingredients. Mix well to avoid lumps. Place this preparation in a sauce boat to facilitate pouring.On a plate, place the apple cubes, a small bowl of maple syrup and some cinnamon.On another plate, place the banana slices, some brown sugar and the rum (if chosen).Prepare small plates with the other garnishes.Invite your guests to make the small crêpes with melted butter on the surface of the raclette grill. Also cook apples with butter, some maple syrup and a pinch of cinnamon. Do the same with the bananas if desired using butter, the brown sugar and some rum.Once you have crêpes, garnish them with either apples or bananas, or both. Add mini marshmallows, some chocolate or peanut butter chips and place the small pan under the broiler of the raclette grill.
