Preheat the oven to 400°F/205°C.In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the mayonnaise until the mixture is smooth. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.Put a little olive oil on an ovenware tray and place the skewers on it. Brush the salmon with olive oil.Broil carefully about 3 to 4 minutes. Place on a serving dish decorated with slices of lime and serve with the mayonnaise.

  • 1 tsp.

    fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp.

    lime zest, finely grated

    (10 mL)
    lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste
