Cook potatoes in an air fryer at 400F for 15-18 minutes or until desired crispness. Alternately, cook as per package directions.In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Greek feta and oregano dressing. Divide cooked fries between 4 wide shallow bowls. Drizzle 2 tbsp (30ml) sauce over each bowl of fries. Top with lettuce, green peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta. Drizzle an additional 1-2 tbsp (15-30ml) sauce over salads and sprinkle with dried oregano.
