In a shallow glass pan, mix all sauce ingredients. Set aside 1/2 cup (125 mL) of sauce for serving.Place pork fillets in the sauce and marinate 2 hours in the refrigerator.Preheat the barbecue to medium.Drain the pork fillets and place on the oiled barbecue grill. Cook 6 to 8 minutes per side or until the meat is cooked.In the meantime, heat the sauce you had set aside.Top fillets with sauce.

    rice vinegar
  • 4 tsp.
    (20 mL)
    fresh ginger, chopped
  • 3
    garlic cloves, chopped

  • ground pepper to taste
  • 2 x 1/2 lb
    (2 x 225 g)
    pork fillets

Preparation
