Thaw in refrigerator tuna or salmon as per packaging instructions.Divide the cooked, chilled rice among four bowls.Spoon the fish onto one side of the rice.   • 4 cups
    cooked rice (brown rice, sushi rice or Life Smart Five-Grain Blend)
  • 1 cup
    diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup
    grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup
    Life Smart Organic shelled edamame, (prepared per packaging instructions)

Preparation
