Place this mixture in a small bowl with a spoon.Place all the garnishes in small plates: caramelized onions, roasted peppers, Parmesan and breadcrumbs mixture, grated Mozzarella cheese.To proceed, invite your guest to cook the meatballs on the surface of the raclette machine.
