Preheat oven to 400°F.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and brown the meat for a few minutes.Add the rest of the meat ingredients and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes.Remove from the heat.Place the naan bread on the baking sheet and cover with meat and cheese.Top with whichever vegetables you choose, and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.Serve with sour cream.
