Preheat the barbecue to medium.In a pan, combine all sauce ingredients.Bring sauce to a boil, remove from heat and set aside.Brush tournedos with sauce as needed.Grill tournedos about 5 minutes on each side, to taste.Baste tournedos during cooking.Pour remaining sauce on each plate and top with tournedos.

    (4 x 120 to 150 g)
    pork tournedos 3/4 in. (2 cm) thick each
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    olive oil
  • 2
    red onions, chopped
  • 1
    hot red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup
    (60 mL)
    chili sauce
  • 3 Tbsp.
    (45 mL)
    maple jelly or syrup
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    mayonnaise

  • To taste, Salt and pepper

Preparation
