Preheat the oven to 500°F.Spread the cornmeal on a work surface and roll out the pizza doughs to form an oval that is 1/2" (1 cm) thick.Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Sprinkle spinach and 1/3 of the olive oil over.Thinly slice the figs.Cut the prosiuctto into thirds and spread the two around the pizzas.Bake for 15 minutes.Once cooked, sprinkle with parmesan petals and drizzle remaining olive oil over.Serve with spicy oil if desired.Source: Missfresh.com

Preparation
