    blue ermite cheese coarsely chopped

    olive oil

  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 oz
    spinach stalks removed

    chicory heads sliced in rings

    medium size radicchio shredded
  • 1/4 cup

    chopped mint leaves
  • 1 cup
    (250 mL)
    fresh sliced strawberries

    star fruit sliced
  • 1/2 cup

    seedless green grapes cut in 2
  • 1/2 cup
    (125 mL)
    cantaloupe balls
  • 1/4 cup

    roasted sliced almonds
