Preheat the oven to 400°F.Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper.Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes.Sprinkle steak spices on the steaks and press to help them stick. Set aside.Place peppercorns in a small ziplock bag and smash to break them apart using a rolling pin or skillet.Mince the shallotDissolve broth cube(s) in boiling water (2 cups per cube).Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the shallots and sauté 3 minutes.Add the peppercorns and wine and boil for another 3 minutes.Add beef broth and boil another 3 minutes.Add the cream and reduce the heat to medium. Heat through.Bring a small pot of water to a boil and drop in green beans.Let cook for a few minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.
