Sloppy joes get an update with a secret ingredient – Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar – that adds a deep colour and a hint of cola flavour to the tangy sauce.In large skillet heat vegetable oil over medium heat; sauté onion for 1 minute. Increase heat to medium-high; add ground beef to pan. Cook, breaking up with spoon until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.Add in tomato paste and Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar. Simmer until liquid is slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.Add bbq sauce; cook for 1 minute until sauce is thickened and coats the meat.Spoon meat onto bottom slider buns and top evenly with coleslaw. Secure top bun with a pick and sliced jalapeño to garnish.Tip: Serve with coleslaw and top with pickled jalapeño.
