In a skillet, heat oil and butter. Add garlic and capers and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes and cook over moderate heat for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, cook pasta in boiling salted water and drain but do not rinse.Spoon tomato mixture over spaghetti. Garnish with parsley and sliced olives. Serve.
